Prices

Prices are subject to alteration without notice. Prices are net and include VAT.

Orders

No credit card or debit card information is stored by the website as the credit card processing is carried out by PayPal®. Orders placed on our website are held on our system ready for processing by our sales department during normal working hours.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are include from a lorry kerbside. Alternatively, you can opt for a van delivery to the door, this is better for hard-to-reach areas. This incurs an extra charge, however, it is included in the price for products that specify door delivery.

Due to the new GDPR Law coming into effect in March 2018, the way web sites gather contact info has changed.

Good Wood Pellets records your contact information for one purpose: To respond to your enquiries and for deliverying any goods sold on the web site.

Good Wood Pellets does not give this information to any third-party organisation. If you wish to have your information permanently deleted from our database, please email here. We reserve the right to make a small charge for this process.
